General
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions contained in this Tour Participation
Agreement govern the relationship between you, the passenger, and
us, Incredible Real India Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd. By booking a
trip, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Tour Participation
Agreement. They outline, among other things, our cancellation policy
and certain limitations of liability.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect
of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the
decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the
Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us
with our acquiring bank from time to time..
Reservations and Payments
Reservation - An initial deposit of 30% of tour cost is required
to secure your reservation.
Final
Payment - A deposit of rest of the payment as per your selected
tour is required 21 days prior to commencement of tour or as per
agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
Making Final Payments
Final
payments are due 21 days prior to trip, depending upon the program.
See the Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation Fees schedule
included in this Tour Participation Agreement for payment due dates
for specific programs. Reservations may be put on a waitlist or
canceled by Incredible Real India if payment is not received by the
final payment due date. Should this occur, cancellation charges will
apply. All prices are stated in Euro, per person, and based on
double occupancy (twin sharing), unless otherwise noted.
The tour
price includes Arrival / Departure, Air Condition Luxury vehicle,
Domestic Flight Tickets, Train Tickets - AC Sleeper Class (if
applicable), Hotel Charges with CPAI Plan, government taxes, Camel
Safari in Thar Desert (if applicable), Boating at Varanasi in River
Ganges (if applicable).
Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and
Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters,
travel insurance,
international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument
tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous
expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which is not specified.

Mahal is regarded as the most perfect jewel of Muslim art in India.
This huge mausoleum mosque was built by Shah Jahan, the fifth Muslim
Mogul emperor, in memory of his beloved wife, a Persian princess
born as Arjuman Bano Begum but known as Mumtaz Mahal.

Pushkar
Camel Fair
The
Pushkar Fair begins on Kartik Shukla Ekadashi, which falls in the
month of October-November and goes on for five long days till Kartik
Purnima. The fair is synonymous to a cattle fair.
